Mona Mange

I spent $2700 with Sonrise to build a drainage system in my yard over the last five years. I had drainage problems this year and asked Mike the owner for some more help. Mike answered that the old system worked for five years but we need a different system with cement in different parts of my yard to divert the water from my house towards the yard. This would cost me an additional $3000. When I asked if we could check the old system to see if it is working, he said he does not know what his contractors did because both his employees have left and he has no idea what they did. He wanted to try another system with no guarantees. I called another company and they helped me check my old system and it is working fine now. I would have expected better service after the sale.

Sonrise had a solution to our problem of flooding in one of our buildings every time we had a hard rain. We tried to resolve this ourselves but knew right away we needed an expert. They installed a sump pump and the very next time it rained...no more problem! They come out whenever I call to keep the pump in good running condition or to just test it every Spring. Quick service and reasonably priced.
