Worst experience... Do not hire them. They say Jim Adler but you never speak to him.. Never return calls. We were stranded. Our car was total loss. We were from another city all of our stuff was left in our car.. We did not want to be seperated so the wreaker service dropped us off at hospital. It was packed. This happened at 10am. It was 5 so i called them. They said They could not help. ID and insurance was left with officer we did not get them back. So we could not get a rental.. Jim Adlers office told me they could not help with damages only personel injury.. My son drove from CC to pick us up. We had still not been seen in ER. I kept calling cause i tried to see a urgent care center and they said they could not take my insurance cause it was a MVA. My husband ended up in Hospital and i kept calling them.. I finally got a call back. I was told my case worker had been fired. I fired them.

I was involved in a car accident when someone tried to cross the intersection on a rainy day after work. I had mention the accident to one of my close friends and insisted that I contact Jim Adler since the other persons insurance was trying to rush me to accept a check for 500.00. All the staff was very helpful and very nice. The kept me in the loop and walked me through the whole process. Sharbel in the closing department was excellent. She responded to my emails and returned my calls within minutes. Sharbel finalized my case very fast which I am thankful for. She is the reason I kept a positive attitude since it did take a while to close the case. At the end I wish I had received a little more or even the same as the attorney received. There were a lot of fees that cut the amount down. But overall a Great experience with the help of Sharbel.

It was great working with Norma Villarreal. She is an amazing asset to Jim Adler and associates. My experience at first was not all that great and getting a hold of the person handling my case at the time was almost impossible,took forever to get any email replies of call backs it was very frustrating for me. The team in charge of my case was respectful. Leann was very flexible and understanding with my schedule. She kept me updated on my case and was reachable in a timely manner. How ever let me state that my settlement was way below my expectations, considering I did go to Jim Adler "The Texas Hammer" and I was not at fault by any means of my accident. The settlement barely covered the inconvenienced run around I had to go trough for an accident that was not my fault and was cause by some one who admitted they were aware their breaks were not working.
