I recently had the office of Eric Shore represent me in my disability hearing in NY. The attorney they assigned was Natalie Martelly. She was wonderful. Very thorough and informative each step of the way. She made me feel comfortable and prepared me well for the hearing. Also there is Jessica who works in the office. She was very helpful throughout the entire process being over two years. She followed up well and was very courteous always. I also had the privilege of chatting with Mr Eric Shore himself via messaging. Very professional man who was kind and attentive to me. Gave me answers I needed. Great guy. I highly recommend using the law offices of Eric Shore. You will be in excellent hands at all times.

Worst Representation ever at the Hearing Level. Sent a person who was 10 minutes late to my hearing. Lawyer had no knowledge of my injury and I asked them to leave halfway through the Hearing. Worst preparation from someone claiming to represent a Law Firm of this Caliber. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEEKING GOING WITH OTHER COUNCIL IF YOU LIVE IN THE SACRAMENTO AREA IN CALIFORNIA.The law office takes no responsibility for their mistakes they just sent me a letter withdrawing as lawyers representing my case.

Would never recommend mostly the lawyer I was assigned (Shawn Bozarth) he told me to appeal the date I came disabled or I would have had my disability starting October 1st of October of 2013, which then the Judge had a whole new hearing & he was not prepared for that hearing knowing that there was going to be a new doctor & a new modulator. Which I then was denied. This Law office cost me over $30,000 plus in disability payments. I know have to start a new claim and only can start August 2016
