They are a joke and nor funny at all. Never once spoke to any attorney! The " assigned " attorney never once even looked at my case in the year they had accepted my case, then a few weeks before I was to go to hearing on SSD, I get a letter saying the attorney was too busy! I called and never spoke to an attorney only assistant, who had no idea what was going on , no news, no information, no interest, then they wanted me to accept a last minute new attorney signing a NEW contract for this attorney wanting a huge amount if money if won...I said you have done Nothing yet. I sent them ALL of the medical, information etc, and I fired them. Then the new attorney who I never signed a contract to accept, whom never contacted me, who never did anything, and according to the assistant in writing confirmation stating they had done nothing and only had spent 11.00 on one package postage, and I owed them 0. This new female attorney wrote into SS on my case after I told them they were fired because of lack of ANY representative on my case, she wrote in to SS saying they were not giving up any money I may win in my case! She is, was never my attorney. The attorney assigned originally never did anything and the entire firm was discussed! Thieves and liars! The slogan For the people... Means for themselves!

I was in a car accident and the first lawyer I thought of to call was Morgan and Morgan! Paola Cupelli who became my case manager did an outstanding job! She helped me alot , as I had never been in this kind of situation before and answered any questions that I had and did ask (which was many)! She responded quickly and kept me in the loop on how my case was progressing and was very kind and helpful! Thank you so very much to Paola Cupelli and the fantastic people of Morgan and Morgan!! The representative that answered the phone for Morgan & Morgan (Daytona Beach location) would not allow me to talk to an attorney for a free counsel. I did not want to give social security number over the phone. I stated I would give it in person. She transferred me over to her supervisor and the supervisor stated the same statement. I went with another law firm that handled Personal Identification Information (PII) more professionally. Do yourself a favor and go with another law firm. Morgan & Morgan law firm were lucky that they received one star!

My husband is an army vet, has frontal lobe brain damage, memory issues, seizures, bipolar, and more who is on lifetime meds and sees 5 doctors regularly. We called to get help with social security and waited days for a call back from an attorney. We gave up waiting and went with a better attorney. When a layer did call, she was rude and demanding and hung up when I told her she wAs too late. Our new law firm who took our case is much more respectful Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. These guys/gals are for their phocketbooks only.
