My husband and I Have Been With Key Stone Insurance since 2015 and we absolutely love it. We Work With Agent Celia Rodrigues and she has-been more than helpful. We Have Changed a few cars since we got the insurance but are always willing to They go out of there way to Satisfy us and get us the best prices. Customer service is great! My husband and I e have been with Key Stone Insurance since 2015 and love it. They are very good to work with you and always make everything so that one is satisfied with what grabs, plus the quality of customer service is very good are very satisfied. If you need a good representative Celia Rodrigues is the woman.

This was the worst experience ever! They charged me a higher rate than what they quoted me at so I found another provider and cancelled with them. Then two months later I saw that my bank account was significantly lower than it should have been. I looked up my records and after I cancelled they automatically withdrew over $450 over the last two months. After 3 weeks of back and forth emails and phone calls I finally got a reimbursement check back for $349...$100 less than what I should have received. Thanks Key City Insurance for making a broke, engaged, college student even more broke.

In addition to the outstanding service provided by my individual agent as well as the Bear River team as a whole, this insurance company has impressed me recently on account of their coherent, user-friendly website. I can enter my policy number and make a payment whenever I see fit, look up insurance terminology in their online glossary, or calculate my life or auto insurance estimations at any time. I love the tools that Bear River provides me with to augment my relationship with my agent and my understanding of the protection that I am receiving.

Best insurance ever! We worked with Roger Garcia when we switched over from Progressive and he was able to cut our rates by over 50% with far better coverage and deductibles. When I got into an accident and my car was totaled, they gave us more than we expected. After getting a new car and having the accident, our rates only raised by $3! Sadly, we moved out of state and no longer have Bear River insurance but we had a great experience with them. I would recommend them to anyone!

Brent the owner did not communicate well. Then when there was an error he blamed it on the customer. Save your self the head ache and discrimination and look else where.
