I have been insured with Dastrup Insurance Orem location and have loved having my insurance with this office. Their customer service is very thorough on making sure that I am receiving the best coverage for my needs on my auto, life and accident plan. They make sure to review my insurance policies on an annual basis or upon my request to make sure that I am still getting the best rates, also to see what else I can do to save money. Their customer service is very friendly and on top of things. I have recommended them to all my friends and family. You will not regret working with them or the savings that you will receive.

Specifically working with JASON LeCHEMINANT, has been an exceptional experience. I know I can call him day or night, shoot him a text anytime and he is so quick and efficient in getting back to us. I went from Alstate to Neal Dastrup Insurance on a referral from one of my friends. I was with Alstate since I began to drive. They never once had a problem with payments, receiving information from other insurance companies regarding any accidents. This company has poor customer service, and resolution. They would rather make a few extra bucks here and there, than retain a customer for life. They have completely destroyed that option.
