I was involved in a DWI incident that left my family and I in shock. I blew a substantial reading and had Xanax on my person without a Rx bottle. As this was not my first encounter with the law, this made me very worried. Westchester County is a conservative area and the law is a formidable entity. I enlisted the help of Attorney Schuster to help me resolve these charges. Mr. Schuster gave me an honest appraisal of my situation - he never exaggerated claims to make me feel any better but he managed to keep my worries in check by staying in contact and informing me of tasks of my own to complete. Before my arraignment, Mr. Schuster put me in contact with a crucial provider who significantly helped my case. Mr. Schuster also reached out proactively to the local DA and was in contact with a family friend of mine whom he guided in writing a character reference. Mr. Schuster managed to keep my whole family in the loop, at my direction. They were were comforted by Mr. Schuster’s expertise, diligence and his honesty regarding all aspects of my case. possessed. He carries himself in Court with confidence. All my criminal charges were ultimately dismissed and Mr. Schuster was able to resolve the case with minimal violations that will not appear on my record and a small fine. I owe a debt of gratitude to Mr. Schuster for the counsel he gave me and the hard work he put into my case. I feel as though I went from a criminal to a law-abiding citizen. I would highly recommend Attorney Schuster to any looking for an honest, hard working attorney that gets results. My family and I are so incredibly happy with the outcome of the case. I recently was arrested for a DWI. This was my first time dealing with criminal charges in my life, so as you can imagine I was quite fearful especially since my professional license was in jeopardy. There was both an accident and an inadequate breath sample, which they deemed as a refusal in my case, making it more complicated and not easily inclined for plea bargaining. I spoke with multiple lawyers who said I had no chance to lessen the charge and advised me to plead guilty as charged, until I spoke with Mr. Schuster. He was very confident and believed he could obtain the lesser charge of a DWAI, a traffic infraction. At first, the DA was unwilling to lessen the charge, but he worked vigorously for weeks and it paid off. I did not need to go to trial and received the noncriminal charge of a DWAI. Not only did he do this, he restored my license after a revocation from the refusal hearing. Although this process was quite difficult, Mr. Schuster delivered the results I needed and would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

I am very thankful that we were referred to Mr. Robert Schuster. My boyfriend found himself in an unfortunate situation with traffic violations and a DWI charge. Mr. Schuster was available immediately on the phone, and set up a consultation for the same week at his office. The location is convenient and plenty of parking was a plus. I came to Attorney Schuster after an a DWI that included a car accident. I am a pretty progressive business man in NYC but my back round is far from typical. In my youth (20 years ago) a made a series of bad decisions that resulted in an extreme criminal history ... or it reads pretty severe. Even though this was from 1999 the DA sought to put me in prison based on my criminal history. Attorney Schuster was having none of that! He confidently engaged the judge and explained that this was almost 20 years ago. His articulation was succinct but successful. Mr Schuster is not cheap but as with any thing in life. You get what you pay for.
