I must begin by saying that the firm I am reviewing is actually named Lollar Holt and Associates PC. The attorney that handled my citation was Justin Holt. I am relatively sure they are one in the same as Lollar & Associates Ft Worth Texas. I recently had to enlist the services of an attorney for a class C misdemeanor citation. My wife did some research and I walked into their office in Arlington, Texas. I was pleasantly greeted as I walked into the office by 2 ladies. I explained the circumstances regarding the citation I was issued. They were very patient as I tried to share all the details. They quoted me a price of $45 to handle the citation with the court. I paid the $45 in cash and waited for a call from the attorneys office. I was contacted by one of the support staff approximately 1 month later and actually spoke directly with the attorney Justin Holt. After Justin asked me several questions, he felt reasonably sure he could get the citation dismissed. I did appear at the Arlington Municipal Court approximately a month later and conferred with Justin Holt at that time. I received a welcome call the next day from the support staff. They advised me that Justin was able to get the citation dismissed by the court. The full cost was $45. Great Service - plus - Competitive Price = A Great Value

If you want to spend some extra money just so someone else can go into the court to retrieve the same fine as if you were to go represent yourself... then this is the place for you. And on top of that I heard back from them in a month and a half, which is no time at all to prepare if the case was not dismissed... not again for me. I will just stick to my cheaper more reliable lawyer from now on
