Words cannot express the gratitude I feel to Matt Pollina and Smart Mortgage Centers. I really appreciate the outcome of my loan. Matt kept me updated on the progress and let me know what to expect. He was very accessible and prompt in returning every phone call. Initially, when I started my loan process with Smart Mortgage Centers, I was lured away with a promise of a better loan with CF Funding. After 42 days, CF Funding left me a voice-mail message to say they would not be able to get the loan they had promised, nor could they get any loan for me. I recontacted Matt Pollina at Smart Mortgage Centers and got a better loan than we had discussed or I ever anticipated. The Closing was completed with no problems. Again, I thank you for assisting me with this process and I have and will continue to make referrals to Smart Mortgage Centers.

Unlike so many other similar companies, the initial call was not a sales call to sell me anything, it was simply a call to let me know that they could help me with a mortgage if I really wanted it. My fiancé and I worked with Brian at Smart Mortage Centers and could not have been happier with our experience. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and concerns and Brian was able to help explain everything and did not mind going over options again and again. He was there for us and showed us every possible option and really worked for us to get us the best loan type and rate unlike your run of the mill bank. The team he recommended for us to work with was amazing; from our realtor (Cheryl Bowers-who got us an excellent deal on our house and worked hard for us to find what we wanted!) to the inspector and the attorney. Before I came to Brian to get my refinance done on my home I had gone to 3 different mortgage brokers. None of them were able to find a better solution or help me with my refinance. When I finally called Smart Mortgage Center, Inc to get some guidance, I spoke to an operator who assured me that he was going to have a mortgage officer call me within minutes. As promised, Brian Noe called me and went over my refinance options and got me started on the application without further delay. He went above and beyond to assist me. He always kept in contact with me and updated me on the application process. He was able to get my payments down by about $300 a month and a better rate of interest. I would definitely recommend Brian to my friends and family.

Brian contacted us about doing a refi on our loan at a lower rate and shaving 5 years off the loan. The process was smooth and they came to us! Will continue to work with Brian if the need arises in the future. GREAT JOB! From beginning to end we were in constant touch with Brian. We started out as co-signers and ended up being the owners! Because we did a VA loan this was a very stressful process mainly because we were looking for a quick closing date. We started the process with Brian Noe even before we chose a property to buy. All the way from start till closing, Brian has helped us tremendously in terms of providing knowledge, guidance and to make it easier to do a task which otherwise seemed daunting to us. Since we dealt with two other mortgage companies, this experience by far has been top of line. No surprises, rabbits, or undue stress and above all, we had only 3 working weeks to close, which we were able to achieve. Excellent service and attention to my needs. I started looking into refinancing sometime mid to late last year when rates started dropping. I contacted Jamie at Smart Mortgage and with his help I found that a refinance was not in my best interest due to my loan type and terms. A few months later, Jamie reached out to me with a lower interest rate and new loan terms that would work for me. I was able to get locked into a great rate and close within a couple of weeks. 5 Stars all the way! This is my second time using Smart Mortgage, the first was a refinance and the most recent was to purchase a new home. I would give 10 starts to Ryan Klaic and the Smart Mortgage team. Ryan worked diligently to get all my process together and to keep me updated after every single step. He walked me through the whole buying process, always answering all my questions (several questions all the time) with deep knowledge and explaining all the technical terms. Smart Mortgage is very lucky to have Mr. Matt Pollina working for them. He went above and beyond in working with us to apply for a refi. I would email him and he would respond within 5 minutes and would explain things in detail. He treated us like family in the way he took care of our mortgage needs. I have worked with many brokers in the past but Mr. Matt Pollina is by far the best. You can tell he loves what he does and it shows in his work effort. The most professional hardworking mortgage my family and i have worked with. After declairing bankruptcy during the house market crisis. We thought there was no way to become homeowners anytime soon. After being denied 2 previous times in 2015 and 2016 we decided to try 1 last time and were referred to SMART MORTGAGE CENTERS and EDUARDO PRATS in perticular. I had experienced some bad credit in the past, and Brian provided useful feedback on how to improve my credit sufficient to get an excellent low interest rate loan.
