We just want to take this opportunity to write about our experience in obtaining a mortgage and the results of Platinum Home Mortgage. We are very thankful for Mike Dote for his support regarding our recent mortgage. We didn’t believe we could get the house, and he made our dreams a reality. We just closed our 10th house in our 66 years on this earth. Tiare Ferguson was our Load Officer and her outstanding service exceeded our expectations. This was a short sale and I am sure without her hard work and attention to details this purchase would not have happened. Tiare was the only one involved with this purchase that we felt, had any concern for its success. We full timed in our motor home for the past eight years. We sold the motor home prior to the home purchase and we had to live in a motel here in Reno until the home closed. Not a fun time for Rita and I. The close date in the short sale contract was March 25th, Tiare was able to complete the required loan documents and coordinate with everyone involved which allowed us to close on March 13. Compared to Chase, Platinum mortgage was way better and had better rates. It will save you a lot of stress to have a good loan officer.
