Kari and all of the staff at Stedman Insurance Agency have been extremely effective in not only meeting my insurance needs initially, but also in ensuring we are continually taken care of. They have tirelessly ensured we receive all discounts we should be receiving. They have perfected going the extra mile to ensure we have the proper coverage and when we did have some issues come up or when we did have additional questions, Kari promptly took care of us - seemingly stopping what she was doing and taking care of within the same afternoon I called. Each time I walk in the door or call the Agency, I am greeted with a smile or a friendly voice on the other line who is willing to listen and help. Stedman Insurance is a rare gem of a locally owned business who truly care about people.
