They have been over charging me on all of my cars with mileage! I tell them over and over and they continue to over charge me and say they can not repay what they over charged last year? I have five cars on my policy and they set them at 20,000, 10,000, and 2,500 , 1500, 1500 as if one retired person can drive all of those miles! By the way the manager did this! He only reduced one to what it should be and claims I have to wait till January 2, 2017 to correct the others? Seriously they are dishonest !!! two of them are vintage show cars ? The towing is great but the way they steal on milage coat is not honest!

Probably not the cheapest place for young individuals to go for car insurance. However I do like how easy it is to stop in and ask a staff member if you have a question about your policy. They get through the lines fairly quickly. You can even use their DMV services to register/renew registration. Definitely beats waiting at the actual DMV.

I purchased a car and had to transfer the title to my name and get vehicle insurance. They found me the best option to save money and were able to update my registration in 30minutes. I am so thankful to Thomas Johnston providing me excellent customer service and saving me hours from the dreadful DMV. I recommend AAA!

A bit pricey for a policy, have to have a membership, long wait at the DMV, and just now they STOP covering salvaged title vehicles
