I had a horrible experience with this company. I am at the point of giving up in the loan that they provide to my family. My mom and husband both a house and this people took more than 2 months to close. Carlos is a horrible loan agent. He disrespected me by getting into my personal bussiness and also by tell my clients that if they werent happy about this company that they were more than welcome to swich to a different one. When my husband talked to "his manager" and I quoted because she didnt solve anything or do anything to make him feel better. This company sucks because they dont care about their clients. My family spent 900 dollars extra because of their incopetence to be on time for the closing. Carlos is this kind of person that blames everything and everybody and is not willing to take responsability of nothing. He will answer the phone whenever he likes and always have an excuse for everything. I would not recoment this company to anybody. This is my first and last time working with this people. I had so many headaches and stress because they dont care about the people. I would not give them not even one star because they dont deserve nothing. I hope this company goes down so more people wont go through what my family and I went trough. People believe me you dont want to get a loan with this company.

As a Realtor, I have been working with this company for a very long time. Their response has been very effective and timely. On a linear type mortgage product the service is excellent, where you get one mortgage for a homestead. Typically, a specialist will go over your financial goals and set you up with a mortgage that makes sense. Especially if you have a portfolio. I have always felt that CMP leadership has your interest in mind, prior to making a good recommendation. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a company before. I work in the finance industry, and felt deceived with the information I was given. Due to their mistakes, I was put in a time crunch either to buy the home I loved or lose it. On top of the initial misleading figures they give you, they charge a substantial amount of money for horrible service. I would recommend going else. My realtor had just started using them and apologized for my experience and dropped them as well. Don’t make my mistake.
