Wendy was awesome she really embodied what true customer service is even after I forgot to make my monthly payment and was worried she took her time and made me feel right at home as she took me through the reinstating process to keep my car insured from the moment I walked through the door Millie assured me that they would be right with me and even while I was waiting jay began to ask me how my day was going truly and awesome insurance company to go with not mention very affordable.

Terrible place. Poor customer service. They will lie to you just so they can extort more money from you. I canceled my policy over the phone and they said i required no signature and that i was good. Many months pass and i have a credit union on my ass for non payment. Overall shady company. Maybe its because im not mexican. Cause they seem to cater very well for specific ethnicities over others.
