Ignored me during a time of massive discovery in our case and did nothing for months. Would not refund me for their overpriced attorney after making zero progress in my case. I will also be submitting a formal complaint. After switching to Taylor law firm my case was closed in outer favor within a month. Terrible service, do not let them take your money if you are like I was and had never dealt with the court system before. We actually had one instance my attorney was 20 min late for my court date, driving from courthouse to juvenile court and I was charged 300+ dollars on my bill stating she had driven from Ankeny. There was also a no call no show at a family team meeting shortly after, during this time of new discoveries in my case. For your own sake go with someone that feels right, do not let Andrew scare you into giving them your money. I dealt with West des moines and ankeneys locations and it was a nightmare.

Wow! What a disappointment!- I suffered through 2 years of cheating for them to allow a judge to tell me that being a stay at home mom was not a job when in fact I was working! I hired Mr. Hope and he assured me that he would handle my case- well I never spoke to him again after he cashed my check! They misrepresented me to the judge and I had to do damage control or risk not seeing my babies for a whole week! $20,000 later ...I HAD TO TAKE THE CHEATER BACK and he can continue to screw around as long as he does it away from my kids. My win is that I can protect my kids from his drinking, gambling and cheating and FROM JUDGES WHO THINK BEING AWAY FROM THEIR MOM 7 DAYS AT A TIME IS A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN. HOPE LAW FIRM IS WORTHLESS!!!

I really appreciated her prompt responses to my calls or emails. Katie seemed like she genuinely had time for me and cared about my case.
