Mr. Berger represented myself and a group of former students of a flight academy that closed its doors and left us with large student loan debts. Mr. Berger kept us informed of the proceedings during the case through his blog. Any questions I asked over the phone were answered; either by himself or one of the lawyers assigned to the case. When the decision was handed down which did not favor us, he explained our options to us and how we should proceed. I remember him saying he was a "marathon runner and in it for the long haul". I followed his advice and stayed the course. I am happy to say that for his reasonable one time fee he represented us for years and now for me the race is over and my student loan debt of over $70K has been forgiven Mr. Bergers professionalism, due diligence and honesty during the proceedings helped calm many nerves during this time.
