Five (5) Stars + Frank Bamford’s interpersonal skills and professionalism is beyond reproach. We had the Insul Smart Interior Foam Insulation Installed, and have noticed an immediate impact in sound reduction, electric bill, and comfort. The installation crew was friendly, answered questions, let us know when they were on the property, ask when it would be okay to return the second day, kept the work site clean. We were totally impressed. Every question was answered, every issued was resolved, and it was done as if we were the only customer they were working with. We were treated with kindness, respect and appreciation. We also worked with the corporate office in getting some paper work for tax and insurance breaks, and that too was done with excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism (Bailey Mozuch) is a complete pleasure to work with. This week I had the privilege of working with Energy Home Pros. Both Braxton and Mark arrived at the scheduled time and we discuss the process to change out our windows. I found both gentlemen to be very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. My old windows were very old and created a lot of mess during the removal process which was cleaned prior to them signing off. They took the time to explain how the new windows worked. Prior to leaving, Braxton asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was very happy with their attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in this process.

The reason I put, "Loved it..!!! " is because everything was all explain to me carefully, and in a manner that I did not feel pushed, or manipulated, but had the freedom and knowledge to make responsible, and well informed decision, to have this shower put in, without over spending. So it works out to fit in my budget. And I would recommend my friends to use this company to have anything installed into their home as well..

just want to say that i wish we had done this long ago. their product is fantastic. Our energy bill has definitely lowered and our a/c , heating unit barely comes on. their technicians were very professional and knowledgeable about their product. They were very efficient and when finished you could not tell that they were even there. I would highly recommend this company and their product and personnel to anyone.

We Recently had Energy Home Pros out to do our Insulation to our office building. The Guys who came were very nice and well mannered. They were in an out in less than 2 hours and I felt the difference in the office within hours. I also have noticed about a 200$ difference in our Energy Bill. Their Prodution Manager, Jerry Dixon came by my house and gave me an estimate on some of their products but when he realized how long I was planning on living in the home, he adjusted his recommendations to products that made sense from a return on investment perspective. He also gave me some other tips on inexpensive changes I can make for improvements.
