We did not have a good experience with Nescor at all. Would not recommend them EVER. It began at the Eastern States Expo in West Springfield where Nescor has a booth every year in the Better Living Building. We filled out necessary paperwork for them to come a give us an estimate. We allowed this because we needed financing and Nescor provided that. The sales person came to our house, examined our roof, measured and gave us an estimate based on those measurements. It was crazy high for the metal forever roof, which we choose not to do. Instead we went with a shingled roof at considerably less money. The sales person dropped us quickly and never returned our calls. BUT, we needed a roof and we needed financing, so we kept calling. Finally the head of sales, and the VP I believe came to our house to discuss the roof and financing. The measurements were done wrong and had to be done again BUT financing was provided. We allowed them to proceed with the roof job. The job has not passed code with the building inspector in our town!! Our financing was a mess, we were told that Nescor had to do some fancy financing deals to get us approved. High interest, high payments AND a poor job! So, we are here in a mess and it is now in the hands of the building inspector. He is handling this mess via the channels he has at his disposal. Stay away from NESCOR!!!!

I had a metal roof installed April 2015. Found the roof leaking after windy rain October 2015, Called Nescor several times before I was able schedule a repair, which was canceled several times more before A repair was finally attempted. Repair did not work ( metal roof guaranteed for lifetime + 50 years) they caulker questionable areas (note: caulk does not have a lifetime + 50 year guarantee). This repair did not work, leak came back, caulking repair 2 more times did not work. I keep calling Nescor but am unable get a return call from anyone with authority to make a decision to correct this problem. I have left phone messages for their service manager numerous times but get no return call. At this time I am looking into hiring a lawyer to resolve this. This roof was very expensive and it is not proving worth it. I would give them no star if that were an option. Nescor finally sent back the original installer, who stated , "they should have called him on my first call" Pasha removed the roofing and made all necessary corrections. My roof if now water and weather tight. A good product, my only complaint was the time it took to do it right.

My wife and I had two interactions with sales people from Nescor. The first was unpleasant; when the company called to see how things went, we expressed our dismay. They were responsive and apologetic; we allowed them to come out and explain their products again. The second time, the salesperson was more professional and clearly explained what they could do to replace our two car garage roof. The price seemed fair and we liked their product. We agreed to have them do the work. The crew came in on a Friday morning and were done in three hours! Repairs to the roof were made efficiently. Everything was carefully done and the area was covered and cleaned. We were impressed with the speed and the quality of the work. We would consider using them again.

I was introduced to Nescor when a gentlemen came to the door and offered a free energy audit. He was polite and not pushy. I said OK to the audit and was glad I did. We had already done a lot of energy saving tricks, but neglected the basement windows. The people at Nescor installed beautiful vinyl windows. It is brighter and much warmer in our basement now. I am so glad I got them. The installers were here on time. and I never knew they were here. The cleaned up, no mess, and were gone. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a free energy audit. Should they find something you can improve on their workmanship and quality of materials are AAA. You will be very happy with the results.

These guys were walking door to door to drum up business in my neighborhood yesterday. My wife answered the door and gave them my cell number because she does not deal with house matters. Anyway she told them to call me to discuss whatever they were offering. Then this morning at 8am and again at 1pm I get a call to confirm my appointment at 6pm tomorrow. Nobody ever made an appointment. I never made an appointment and my wife would definitely not ever schedule an appointment for me without talking to me first. The guy on the phone insisted we did make an appointment and was pushy and rude. Really strange and annoying way to do business.

Great company, had sliding done on 120 year old house. The siding, metal work, shutters and gutters, have made my home look like new. They did everything promised, in good time. The crew was on the spot for every portion of my home. Asked and showed me every day what was happening and were sure to replace items that they removed. I had a few things that they went out the way to help me. The serviced recieved from Nescor has was among the best service, I,have recieved from the upper management, the office, the sales rep and most importantly,the crew that made me very proud of my home. I had a very nice young man stop by my house talking about windows and how Nescor can save money on my utilities bills. So, I agreed to sign up to have someone come and give us an estimate. After spending about 2 hours with the representative, we decided to move forward and purchse the windows. They were in in less than 2 days and make the house look beautiful. It has been about 3 months since we had them out in and so far we have saved about 15% on our elecrtic bill compared to last year this time. We are very happy with the service and the products. I would reccomend them to family and friends!

We had our whole house done with replacement windows. The sales people were great. The installation process had some issues though. Starting with scheduling and then the actual install itself. The product itself we are extremely happy with. The installers smoked and a lot of the smoke entered our house. Once the installation was done; which was spread over a three week period we had a couple of issues that we had to contact the CEO about because no one would get back to us. This raised customer service concerns that we will hopefully will not have to count on in the future.

A Nescor representative visited my house and inspected my existing gutters and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of different gutter systems available. I determined that the Nescor system was the most durable and cost effective program for my house. Within a week, my new gutters were installed in one visit that was done efficiently and professionally, Any and all debris was removed and my house. It rained the next couple of days and the new gutters performed as expected. I would strongly endorse anyone to chose Nescor for their home remodeling needs.

I had my roof and gutters replaced by Nescor and believe me it was the best decision I ever made. I had a problem with the gutters and Patrick and Nick worked diligently to correct the situation. Great young men and very hard, thorough workers. Vadeem and Ivan not only installed gutters on my sun porch but also insulated my attic. Professional, polite and hardworking guys. Plus my heating bill has gone down significantly since the insulation was put it. I will only use Nescor in the future. Great company with professional workers!

We were in the middle of a Kitchen remodel and found out our roof had been leaking for a while, so we did not have much time, but needed to check out all of our avenues. After review we decided to go with a new roof from Nescor. They were out very quickly and replaced our roof and gutters and it looks FANTASTIC. Our neighbors that just had their roofs done, were really impressed with our roof and commented " we hope our roofs got all the layers of materials yours did" Thanks Nescor for the great job, and rapid response.

Nescor has been a true pleasure to deal with, and evey employee that we have come in contact with. Community Preservation

We have a house which is over 100 years old. Some of the windows had been replaced before we purchased the house, but some of them were original! In 2013 we replaced 3 custom size windows in the living room. The room is much more comfortable in the winter. This year we replaced 3 more windows. NESCOR comes they are clean, efficient and left the house very clean. We are happy with our windows.

Every aspect of the project was done with exceptional timeliness and care. From the moment the workmen arrived until the final cleanup the workmanship was professional. Please check with your state department of consumer affairs licensing for any complaints and your office of consumer protection for financial elder abuse complaints. I would advise checking on any contractor who uses salespersons who use direct solicitation to convince people they need a new roof or siding. Always get a second quote from a local contractor.

The demonstration process that made me buy the product, and the installation process where everything was explained to me during the process, was wonderful. I was happy with the customer service that I experienced, ad well as the installation crew. They were all very professional and knowledgeable, and I was very happy with the way they installed the product.

Regarding the new windows that I recently purchased, the biggest difference I have noticed is the way that it has changed the outside look of my home. it has greatly improved. There is now a better flow of air into my home and allows more light to come in I am very satisfied with the installation.
