Not sure what else to do at this point to get my estimate. I have left messages with the person that came out to evaluate the roof, left messages with the office and was told a sales manager would be calling me back. Its been over a week of getting the run around. I would really like my price quote for my roof. We are under a very tight deadline with selling our house. Very disappointed with the company at this point. Please contact me so i can evaluate my options to repair the flat roof section of my house.

Bone Dry did a great job replacing our roof, sky lights, and gutters. All materials were delivered the day before installation began. The crew was on time for the scheduled day, and the job supervisor kept us well informed of progress and condition of the decking underneath the old roof. The ground was very wet from all the rain, and the crew took extra precautions to not damage the yard. Roofing is a messy job and they do a great job of cleaning up. Highly recommend!!

I recently added a addition to my home above the garage which needed both flat roofing and standard asphalt shingles.The salesperson was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each different system and broke down the cost of both.The work was completed on time and they even worked Saturday .Once done the rep walked the job with me to make sure I was happy and checked to insure all stuff was cleaned up.I was very satisfied with their work.

DO NOT call this company for any roof repairs. They have consistently canceled various appointments, which we found out about only by calling the company; they never called us in advance of missing a set appointment. We eventually were given a quote on 12/8/15, and as of 1/15/16 the repairs -- less than $400 worth -- have yet to be completed. We are no longer using their services,so save yourself the frustration.

Grant come by to do the estimate. He was very thorough, professional and nice. Within a couple of days I was scheduled for my roof repair. Carlos came to do the job and was awesome. Before, during, and after pictures were sent once the work was complete. It looks great! I was very impressed with everyone and the work. Would definitely use them again and recommend their business to friends and family.

Led my husband to believe he was signing a proposal which was far more than insurance company estimate. Did the work, not all they proposed. Insurance company would not pay. Stated Bone Dry should not have started the work without agreement with insurance. Now Bone wants us to pay. Feel they mis led us. All i can say is be careful what you sign. They know what they were doing. We did not!

We had several other contractors come out and they were not as thorough. Mike came out and did the work and did a great job.
