Went in there to accompany my mom to get Liability insurance for my moms car, there were 3 young ladies working when We arrived they greeted us with a " somebody will be right with you" we agreed took a seat and waited. I guess the lady that was going to help was with another customer which I totally understand. After the was done with the customer she went into another room and when she came back to her desk she automatically got on the phone and started giggling ( I guess she was talking to another co worker from another store) we waited a total of 30-40 minutes and I told my mom lets go obviously they do not want to help us. Very bad Customer Service, I work as a Staffing Coordinator, so this was very rude they did not even say at least " give us a few more minutes let me make a phone call" I mean nothing! Very unprofessional!!!!! Update: still no answer

This location is awesome! I been with Amax for almost 3 years and everytime i go in to add a vehicle or simply make a payment, the manager Allysa always takes care of me. She does an awesome job and can find you the lowest rates, its amazing..! When Allysa is unavailable you can always count on Katia to make your experience wonderful. She knows exactly what to do and how to do it. Its a great team honestly, i highly recommend this location.
