Spoke with a jerk named burk at first he was Horrible a total jerk! Then collin the "manager" was somewhat nicer but this company is garbage and does not help with any cost! They have loop holes in every situation and will find a way to make it so they dont pay and their response will be you didint read the contract. I just got off the phone with collin after he read this review he called to say thanks. Thanks for what? Telling other consumers about a bogus warranty? I hope collin knows that not only will i not be doing business with this company i will never buy a car from a company that has this company as there warranty company! A leaky seal on the inside of the t case, thats actually part of the t case.in order to repair you have to replace the hole t case, your company loves people like my self that may not be as educated or professional as you so you can pry on us taking your money to the bank look how many negative reviews you have. 0 positive and i will assure you there will be more.

Hero of the day goes to .....Jarom Poulsen! I hit a storm drain that had a damaged cover damaging 2 wheels and tires. Elite assisted me in getting a tow truck to a tire shop. I also needed a clutch and the part was back ordered 1 1/2 months. I had gone to a dealership the day before and because my car has a branded title, they were treating me like I have scurvy and telling me nothing would be covered under my warranty. Jarom assured me I would get taken care of and went the extra mile and called around and found a dealership that had one I could have even though there were 59 on back order. This dealership was far away but Jarom arranged for me to get a rental car home. This was an incredibly stressful day for me and Jarom was a godsend. He held my hand and guided me through the process.

if I could do zero stars, I would. The only positive side is it sounded like the guy on the phone new he was working for a shady/rip off company. I purchased a $1500 warranty for my BMW and in the first year I had multiple issues with the vehicle, not one thing ended up being covered. I had the car for one year and just traded it in this week, i called to get my refund on the warranty and i get NOTHING back. Biggest waste of $1500. Be sure to read the fine print before you let someone talk you into this warranty.

WARNING I have not bought a contract from this company but just want to warn everyone about buying any warranty policy for your auto. Call several auto repair shops in your area & ask if they accept the warranty insurance from whatever company you are looking at buying. When you talk to them ask if they will bill the warranty company direct. I think you will find most shops will NOT go direct but will want you to pay then you hassle with them to get your money back. I am mystified when I look on Google and see the negative reviews that have been left for Elite Warranty. Here is the deal. The people who have left those reviews are wrong. And I am right. Elite is 5 Star business. (And the BBB agrees with me BTW - they have an A+ rating) This is my experience with Elite: I bring my car to the dealer. The dealer does the repair. Elite pays the warranty. To all who value great service at a reasonable price, you should choose Elite Warranty!

I was told by a friend not to get an auto aftermarket insurance policy. She said that she had done it before and had real problems. Everytime she had an issue, the insurance company said "not covered". Anyway, my dealer convinced me to do it, and i guess by chance, I ended up with Elite. Well, I just got paid for my second claim. Really, no questions asked. Perhaps my friend just chose the wrong company LOL. 5 stars to Elite!

Elite warranty is fantastic!! Anytime I call them they are so quick to answer my questions. They are very friendly and nice! Working at a financial institution it makes me feel confident in offering this product to our members because I know that if they have to use this warranty they will be taken care of, no question! the person I usually talk with, I think his name is Berk? He is awesome! Always so nice and knowledgeable.

I hope that nobody else is conned into purchasing a service contract from this terrible company. they will argue with you about everything that you try to claim, even if it is clearly in the contract. Im seriously confused about how they are still a company and have not gone out of business yet.

I normally I do all my own work but I took a chance an bought this warranty. Rear end failed in the first year and they stepped right up and paid for it. Minus oil and taxes. Which was in the writing. So I am ok with that. Answered phone every time I called. Nice people to work with.
