We have been with Blue Valley for over ten years--auto, home and business. They always respond immediately to even the smallest calls for help (and we can be pretty high-maintenance at times). They often review our policies to make sure we are getting the best rates in the marketplace. Instead of spending hours working through an issue, I just send and email, or make a call, and Brian works his magic and all is good.
