I found Taylor and Loretta when I realized I was paying too much for my automobile insurance. In the beginning, I dealt directly with Taylor and he went out of his way to research and find the best auto policy to meet my needs and pocketbook. Over the many years I have been dealing with Loretta. Each time I had questions, concerns or just wanted to check on rate comparisons of different coverages on my property, auto, motorcycle, home, etc.. she was very responsive, did all the research and always had full and complete explanation and options ready for me to evaluate..she is very aware of my personal needs, could not ask for a better broker.
