I figure interaction with a debt collector is stressful for both parties. As someone who has payment arrangements from 6 companies at the moment and has had previously had garnishments from my paychecks, I deal with a lot of collectors. I would like to state that out of all of them, Machol and Johannes has sincere people working for them. They understood my position at this moment and accepted my payment arrangement. I highly recommend them!

Wont let me give zero stars. They are charging me for a debit already paid, then they added cort costs to it. Screw these people! A law firm and a collection agency....conflict of intrest. Filled with the BBB and got myself a real lawer.....I will go to the ends of the earth to not deal with these people!!! What trash and scum!!! Hope you all burn.

Another corrupt collection lawyer. Absolutely crooked. Had a garnishment filed on me for $9000+, and now after a year of paying (over $6000) they are re-filing that I still owe $8837.03!!! I am going to file a formal complaint against this law firm when I go down to the court on this issue.

I have to speak to a person to make a payment (the online payment does not accept AMEX and the automated system can never find me) and it is annoying. For a debt collector, the company does not make it easy to take the payment. Very frustrating...

Unethical and illegal collection practices. Verbally abusive. Aside from that, they also engage in legally sanctioned financial rape. Had a $2000 debt sent to them for collecting. They are seeking $30,000 from me.

I call to get my account balance and have a very difficult time doing so. All I want to do is pay the bill on time. Customer service is non existent, actually called me names
