My husband and I worked with Kolko & Associates P.C. last year to gain our Permanent Residency through the National Interest Waiver program. We transferred our case to Mr. Kolko after our first attorney really messed up. Mr. Kolko and his team were extremely professional in obtaining our files from the previous attorney (we were concerned about some backlash from that attorney) and made the transfer process extremely smooth. They worked on our Request For Evidence, made our case extremely strong, and we received our Green Cards within 6 months of working with him and his team. We worked most closely with his senior paralegal, Margaret Mountain, whose work is stellar. They were efficient, patient with our questions and doubts, prompt with their responses, and worked as hard as we did to make our immigration dreams a reality. Though I am in Colorado Springs, Mr Kolko was able to work with me to make the process as easy as possible and prevent any unnecessary in-person visits. I had worked with Mr Kolko and his staff to help me through my H-1 B visa & subsequent extensions as well as the Green Card process. Great experience, highly recommended! I’ve been in a Greater Denver area for several years now, and I got to say, this is the best Immigration firm I’ve worked with so far! I was the very first H1B for my company, and although my Company done everything right, it is quite possible that for somebody who is filing H1B very first time you can miss on providing info that may result in an RFE and what we got was “The mother of RFE”. I’ve been through the H1B Application process couple of times (Very 1st Application, and then Transfer) and never seen any RFE this intense. We knew right after we saw the RFE that, this is the time to get an Expert involved and let them handle the case from here on. Mr. Kolko & his Associates were given a time which was less than 6 weeks and they turn the case around in such a short time. My company had done an excellent job of organizing and getting ready all the documents, but at any point if any of the documents provided were not up to their expectation, Kolko & Associates did not hesitate to push back. Mr Kolko and his staff were extremely professional and were the DIFFERENCE in getting my application successful for a PERM, an I-140 and subsequent H1b. I am a physician and was close to finishing my 6 years of H1b ( as often happens with long clinical training). He took up the challenge and we worked on it for close to 13 months devising a possible alternate strategy (included even an NIW application) at every juncture. These cases are often tricky and I had some idea after consulting initially with reputed national firms like Sheila Murthy and associates, Aronson and associates and few others. I must say that Mr Kolko approached the case better than what I had experienced with others. I worked with him and his staff for my greencard application. He is a great guy to work with. In addition to the fact that he is knowledgeable and experienced, David and his staff have been very responsive to my questions over both e-mails and phones. Another great service I liked from him was his phone conferences he arranged every time I happened to travel abroad.
