Chad Hemmat is a truly amazing person as well as an attorney. His firm all work together wonderfully as a team and go way above and beyond. I was involved in a car accident with a drunk driver rear ending me in May of 2014, I was feeling a bit hopeless after our settlement hearing prior to court as things did not go as planned, we were tired of waiting for almost 2 years to settle and were prepared to take a low ball amount just to get it all over with. We ended up not settling and we ended up going to Court. Watching Chad in action was truly awesome! He is intelligent, fast on his feet, quick witted, comical, very down to earth. Needless to say he won my case BIG and I could not be more overjoyed! I would recommend him to anyone! I hope to not need his services again but if I ever did I would choose him again in a heart beat. My family and I was to extend a HUGE thank you to Anderson, Hemmat and McQuinn for all that you have done.

Mr. Hemmat and Mr. McQuinn went above and beyond in fighting for my rights. They stepped up and did exactly what they promised in my initial meeting with them, and they took on the insurance company and at no time did they ever even consider backing down. What impressed me the most is that Mr. Hemmat personally calls you and walks you through what is going on and takes the time to answer your questions so that you are knowledgeable about your case.
