Stellar Adjusting, sucessfully handled my insurance claim in 2011, I was impressed with their professionalism and experience they provided taking on the tedious insurance claim process and getting my family and home fully repaired and compensated enforcing the terms outlined in my homeowners policy. Today 2014 as I write today, unfortunately I am again represented by this outstanding firm with another claim ,due to a newer kitchen appliance that malfunctioned and subsequently leaked into my walls. Upon learning of the damage, I knew without doubt who I wanted to entrust with the task of representing us, in this matter. I immediately contacted Stellar Public Adjusting once again to take this new fight to the same insurance carrier. My assigned claims professional Kim Abbate is beyond exceptional in her work ethic and representing us in this unfortunate and frustrating matter. I met Stellar adjusting team (Josh and Rami) in 2011 when my so called insurance company did not think my house sustained enough damage during the storm to pay for repairs even after we have been paying our premium to them for many years. I was about to accept the status quo when I heard about Stellar Adjusting. The Stellar Adjusting team did an excellent job in conducting all the assessments to make the insurance company own up to their responsibilities. Once the initial assessment was completed, I started communicating with Amanda and then Barbara who kept regular updates with me. Barbara, as my primary contact has been wonderful to work with. I was always in the “loop” with what was going on. I was able to reach Barbara via telephone or email. We were able to get a settlement (Stellar’s great effort) to repair the damage to our house. I wish the Banks and Insurance companies are as flexible to work with instead of giving us all the unnecessary headaches! I will recommend Stellar Adjusting to anyone especially if you are getting nowhere with your insurance company. Thanks to the great team of Stellar Public Adjusting Services.

As so many of us know all too well, the claims process is a long and tedious process especially when it involves an Insurance Companies that do not want to cover property loss covered by their homeowners insurance policy. I had a very difficult time with Heritage Insurance, but Stellar was their to fight my battle for me to get the settlement to repair my home from cracked cast iron pipes. In specifically, I want to acknowledge Mary Velazquez who was extremely professional, courteous and always there for me in times of need and when any to work out any problem that came up on my claim. She was a God send of an earth angel an miracle worker all in one. Also, Barbara Rodriguez and Rami were extremely professional and knowledgeable as to the claims process and working towards settlement of my claim. Thanks to all at Stellar who worked on my claim. Keeping my fingers crossed that the settlement award covers all the repairs and everyone gets paid and has a smile on their face.

A horrible unprofessional experience with this company. After the insurance company offered me a check for 16,000 the company asked me to send them the check to endorse it and they never gave me the check back to start my repairs. After numerous and unsuccessful attempts to reach the office which they dont ever return phone calls and emails and messages . They never called back and apparentley lost my check. Well the check expired and now there law dept has sent me a email stating that there offering a 5000 amount after they have lost my original check of 16000. SHAKED LAW FIRM is now charging me a fee not including Stella fees on a 5000 dollar claim which will leave me with coffee money. Meanwhile my house is heavily damaged and getting worse. Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. I will be filing a complaint with Florida Dept of Financial Services for incompetent practices and deceptive practices

`I have tried for months to write a review of the Stellar Public Ajusting Ser. and it always turned into a small novel because Gary and I had so many goods things to say about this company. If you have ever heard the phrase "Leave it to the professionals", this is the company it refers too. They are professional, yet made you feel like part of a family. They returned phone calls within reasonable lengths of time - and they could answer any questions immediately or would get back to you as soon as possible - which in todays business environment , is almost unheard of. Without the help and guidance of Maggie and Bryan, we probably would have gotten nothing from the insurance co. because of our high deductible. We are still in awe of how much Stellar got for us and with no stress on our part. I will gladly spread the word of this company that truly is a company that works for its customers.

I was really surprised to find all these good reviews about this company. Even though this company got me money from the insurance company for an air conditioning leak, I was very disappointed to found out the percentage of the settlement they were going to keep. I was under the impression that their fees were only 20% of the settlement amount but they ended up keeping 45%. I was never able to talk to Ronnie to discuss these fees even when 3 different conference calls were set up to talk to him. I also did not appreciate when Jennifer tried to say that the insurance company were paying for their fees which I know it is not true, I think she thought I would not read the settlement agreement. I found out after I have already started working with this company that many appraisals only charge you 10% of the settlement. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or my clients.

Not only did we get the best attention and service but we also recieved more money then we ever thought we would recieve from our insurance. Stellar has an amazing staff of people who were extremely responsive and super helpful with all our questions and concerns. We first contacted Stellar Public Adjusting Services at the worst possible time - after our insurance company had denied our claim. I know now, through the application of hindsight, ALWAYS contact your own public adjuster first, before filing your initial claim. Despite our false start, Stellar was extremely responsive and supportive, and made every attempt to reopen and settle our claim. When they were unable to meet with success, they guided us to an experienced law firm to continue our pursuit of forcing the insurance company to do the right thing. We are currently in litigation, and Stellar Public Adjusting continues to give their support, and act as a trusted interface with the law firm.

I was a little hesitant when the water mitigation company suggested I contact Stellar Adjusting to help me with my insurance claim resulting from a water leak in my property. My experience was limited to a very stressful property insurance claim during the aftermath of hurricane Wilma and I must admit this time, with Stellar on my side, was a breeze. Both Rami Boaziz and Ivania Siares were not always on top of my case and made sure I got compensated accordingly but they went above and beyond helping me deal with contractors and inspectors until my property was completely restored. Several months ago I had a water leak in my kitchen. Unaware of the water, I fell and nearly broke my hip and I did not know what to do. I contacted Stella adjuster and they told me I did not need to do anything and everything would be taken care of. I was very pleased on their prompt response. I am still under negotiation with my current insurance company but I am confident that Stella will resolve my issues. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of an adjuster to select Stella.

I had an examination under oath last month; my adjuster did not prepare me. When I called him as he instructed me to do, his only advice was " I am not an attorney and cannot give you legal advice". He is a public adjuster not an attorney, I was not looking for him to give me legal advice. His job is to inform me on how the examination under oath process worked. I was very disappointed with my adjuster. They charge 20% commission fee, definitely not worth it.

The company went out of its way to be extremely helpful and professional. As it turned out, no insurance claim was filed and therefore the company made no money. Despite this, stellar public adjusting services referred me to an exceptionally qualified plumber who resolved a major plumbing issue in my home. Your insurance companies job is to do everything not to pay a claim. This is my second time working with Josh and the service is always great. I am happy to pay 20% of whatever Stellar can get me rather than getting nothing from insurance. Stellar will work on your behalf to get you the money you are legally entitled for to cover your loss. Josh and Maggie are extremely professional and return calls in a timely fashion.

He was able to get me close to $40,000.00 for the flood that happened in my apartment and was able to use that money for fix the kitchen beautifully.
