I have had really terrible experiences with the service department. The first experience was that I went there and one of their arrogant service writers said that the estimate on the charge to clean the carburators on my Seca II would be between $800.00 and $1200.00. I ended up getting it done elsewhere for $150.00 and it took about an hour. I thought I would give them another chance and I emailed them for an appointment to get my tire changed on the rear of my bike and did not get a return email. I called them after not getting anything but an automated response that someone would get back to me which they never did. When I called them they said that they would not change a tire unless they sold the tire. The reason they gave is that their insurance company would not let them perform this service. This is the only dealership I know of that has such a policy. I have tried to do business with them twice and have had extremely bad experiences both times. I feel very sorry for those who have bought their motorcycles from them having to deal with such tactics. Follow up: I have received a call from someone purporting to be one of the owners who said I was unfair to his company about the tire issue. He claimed that his insuror would indeed not cover his company if there was a claim and cited a case where there was a wrongful death claim against a dealership and the manufacturer of the tire would not protect the dealership for installing the tire and therefore his insuror would not allow him to do such service. Since then he has corrected the situation and found an insuror that will allow his company to do tire service. Perhaps I was unfair in questioning that his insuror would not insure his dealership for liability for changing a tire. But he could have purchased insurance from many sources that did not have such an exclusion. Thankfully, he can now service his customers tire needs. He was not apologetic but instead emphasized that I was treated according to their policies for service and for pricing. As for the cost of the carburator cleaning, he stated to me that the $800-$1200 charge for this service is fair according to his pricing policies. All I can say to this is "caveat emptor" to anyone seeking service from this company or any other. Had I not sought out another estimate I would have spent $600 - $1000 more than I ended up spending. As a result of my experience I would recommend that anyone wanting to do business with this company to get a second opinion as to the cost of the services desired. That having been said He has every right to set his own pricing policies just as the consumer has the right to seek service elsewhere and/or comparison shop. I would recommend that his staff get some training in customer service and at least learn to be courteous to their customers. Perhaps then their apparent exorbitant prices would be more palatable to potential customers. I would recommend Woods Cycle Country in New Braunfels TX. It was a much longer drive for me but it was worth it for the great service, fair pricing and courtesy from their staff. It was truly a joy to do business with this friendly helpful staff of professionals.

I had a great experience. Zack, Ashley,Beto,Mario thank you. I first came to Kent Motorsports with no intentions to buy, but I wanted to sit on a bike that I have been researching for awhile now. From the first time I walked in this fine establishment I was greeted at the front desk. That was nice,basic acknowledgement is all I look for at first. Then I already knew what I wanted to look at and found it quickly Victory cross tour. The seat was comfortable and position was a dream for an ape armed man like myself. It was not long before I met Zach. No pressure approach and very relatable guy. Good conversations and then I was out the door. Well after sitting on the bike and looking at the figures I realized wow this bike is out of my price range. to make a already long story short I went back to Kent Motorsports to purchase a victory magnum for a better deal with a trade of my older bike. I was very happy with my purchase. Ashley was pleasant to deal with in the finance office and was not pushy. Beto was moving things along as efficiently as possible, and Zach was comforting me along my wait with my family. Once I got to Mario I was still excited 3-4 hours later. Once again no pushy sales tactics as he is the accessories guy if I remember right and told me what they had to offer. Overall nice guy, great experience. I went into Kent Motorsports with a leveled head and thinking that I did not want to spend the type of money on a bike at all. The deal I got for the bike I wanted was truly a great buy. The time I waited was worth every minute of my time, this company has a lifetime customer. Thank you guys and gals for making my family and my experience an extremely pleasant one. On and FYI to fellow riders the difference between a 2014 victory cross tour and a 2016 victory magnum is $15 for insurance a month, think about it. Mario I will be seeing you in the future for accessories!

Had a terrible experience. I ordered a new bike, a 2015 Yamaha Vstar 1300 deluxe in black. When it showed up it was red. The salesman Geo insisted that ordered a red bike. I am red green color blind so all of you out there with this affliction you know thats not an option. When the black one showed up I called Geo at noon and assured me the bike would be assembled by 2 pm. I arrivd at 2 and sat there till 5pm again I was lie too. In the 3 hours I sat there never once was I told we needed to redo paperwork because of the difference between the res and black bike. So after I took delivery on the ride home I received numerous calls saying I needed to then come back and do paperwork.And insult to injury on this story part of the deal with the new bike they were going to include a passenger backrest.Its been almost a month and I still havent received it.I would not recommend them at all.

Sales experience was great. Crystal worked hard to make the experience positive. Followed up great. However parts and service were a different story. I bought several accessories for the bike when I made my initial purchase. Parts were supposed to arrive in one week. Nobody called when parts arrived ( multiple people said they would.). Then not all parts came in. 5 or 6 times I was told someone would expedite and get back to me. Parts never called after making a commitment they would, even parts manager did not follow up. I finally got everything installed on the bike but it took almost a month. Store manager says they will do better; we will see. If further issues, fill not use parts or service again.

We were out driving, and our car insisted that one of our tyres was going flat. As it was the spare tire, I got a little panicky. And I pulled in to a nearby gas station to verify that I had sufficient air in the tire. It looked a little low, so I tried putting air into it. However, there was no meter that I could see exactly how much air was in it. So I pulled in to this place. One of the sales folks took me back to a mechanic; who made sure I had proper air pressure in that tire, and even checked the other tires for me. This kind of personal service will help me in the future, when I need a new SlingShot, or one of the other 4-wheeler type ATV. Thank you very much.

Hands down the best dealership I have been to. Aaron in the service department is very understanding, professional and easy to get along with. I work in the automotive industry and it is rare to see somebody take care of customers like he did. Ron seems to keep his hands full over there and still has time sit down and be personable with customers... The fit and finish of my bike was just like the day I bought it from the dealer. I purchased a motorcycle from Kent Powersports in Selma, TX, May/2017. I was impressed with the dealership appearance and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The sales person that I worked with, Crystal, was able to close the deal with a great price and short delivery time. Before taking final delivery, dealership staff gave me an orientation of the departments and the Service staff made sure to explain all the features of the motorcycle. Overall, I had a great buying experience at Kent Powersports.

Service department not good. Replaced a 10 year old tire but left the old air valve then charged me to take the wheel back off and replace the valve. informed me I have to ask to change that. Then like an idiot I go back again. They rebuild a carb for me and forget the spring that keeps the idol screw from moving. Wanted to charge me to put a new one on. Sorry I no longer do buisness with you. Wish they were better because the location is great. Now my group and I habe to go across town.

This place has a descent selection of bikes but when it comes to costumer service I believe that could use a lesson or two. They did not provide adequete service for me here and I suggest you go elsewhere, at least somewhere you will be treated as properly as a customer looking to make a large purchase. If you do buy here make sure you check price ranges because they sell over priced bikes. I regret buying from here. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!! BUY ELSWHERE!!

Most rude people ever. Stood at the counter for several minutes while two employees shot the breeze. Then got robbed buying a minor part that I could have gotten anywhere. Will NEVER go back to this place, and will use the 5 foot rule....that is to tell anyone within 5 feet of me how rude these people were. If I could have rated them no stars or a half a star, it would have fit my experience better.

VERYYYY BAD DEALSHIP!!!!! i definably recommend NOT going here. I bought a bike an they screwed me over. They failed to fix a 4 year old recall, they had no idea about it. I found out about the recall on my bike from a bike shop an then had to go to the dealership to educate them about it. they also sold me a crappy front tire that i had to replace with 7 months of buying the bike. DONT GO HERE!!!!

I took my CBR in to get inspected because I thought I was having engine problems. The service department ran numerous tests and found nothing wrong with the bike. Not only did they offer excellent service but they were even generous enough to waive the inspection fee. I have also purchased gear from Kent power sports. The staff was very helpful and informative on what gear would best suit me.

First of all I personally want to thank Chris, Arron and Ashley. From the minute I stepped into the showroom the very first time, everything was smooth and info gathering. No pressure sale. Went home. Though about it. 3 days later I now own 2 awesome skis. I will have to say so far Kent has exceeded my expectations and more. And to the GM you have a good crew that give great service. All the staffing from the front desk to the service department are customer centric and helpful. Even when unexpected things happen, the staff go above and beyond to fix any situation. Joseph Martinez has been particularly helpful in the parts department, tackling all my requests with a positively genuine attitude. Kent Powersports is the place to go for a great experience.

Crystal Skains was knowledgeable and friendly. She was honest about the cost. She made shopping fun and enjoyable. I was treated with respect and not like someone who knew nothing about what I wanted. I would recommend if your in the area go and ask for her to get the best deals. I am shopping there again just because of her enthusiasm for what she is selling.
