Elevate Home Warranty has provided shockingly poor customer service for my family. I contacted Elevate three weeks ago to inform them that our home’s AC unit was not working. It took them four days to send out a contractor. When the contractor finally showed up, he claimed he was from a company called “Extraordin-Aire” (Google that name in Utah, my friends – it simply does NOT exist). After fiddling around with our AC unit for 15 minutes, he told us that the unit was 30 years old – so old that his tools couldn’t fix it. He told us that his company would be back to replace the unit in two or three days. Well, two or three days passed… nobody ever called, nobody ever came. I’ve naturally tried to contact the company myself, but they’re invisible. They have no presence whatsoever online that I can find. All I’ve received in response from Elevate is a bunch of shoulder shrugging and empty apologies. Go elsewhere for your own home warranty needs, my friends. For your own good.

Our AC went out last Wednesday night when it was 102. Luckily, we had renewed our home warranty and called Elevate. They went above and beyond to find a technician who could come out the following day. He did and sure enough, we needed a new unit. By Friday morning, Elevate had a portable unit delivered as a temporary fix, ordered a new unit and a tech arrived by 1 pm to install it. Our home warranty covered everything--new AC unit and service calls--with no hassles or arguments. The repair company they used was professional and got the job done. Never thought owning a home warranty could be so beneficial--this was a lifesaver. Thank you, Elevate, for outstanding customer service. This is an awesome company, with professional and caring people.

December 2016: Recently bought a home which included the elevate home warranty. After moving in we found fish gravel in the disposal, no water to the fridge, and leaky and malfunctioning showers. We did have a home inspection but these items were not fixed. Elevate refused to cover everything except for the showers, and for those told me that I would need to pay for the initial diagnostic. I ended up fixing the issues by myself and with my own money. The warranty is not worth the paper its written on. August 2017 Our furnace fan broke and I contacted them again. They were very accommodating. They scheduled the technician and the only thing I had to pay was the initial diagnostic fee. This time it paid off.

I have Elevate home warranty on my personal home and have been happy with the work they have done. I am also a realtor and recommend these home warranties to all of my clients. I love working with their marketer Stacy Bernal. She is always smiling and happy and I consider her a friend. I always choose the $425 warranty so I can add the washer, dryer and refrigerator and the service fee is just $60. It gives you peace of mind.

I have had this warranty for 6 months...have called them twice to no satisfaction. .they are to cover garage door springs and rails, but uf the door falls off they will not even cover that part of a new door. ...paid by owner 2nd a furnace issue. ..oh it has to be their contractor, ....its cold. ...and they have to contact them ....called my own trusted company. ..another paid by owner. .. they were not willing to help at all
