Very polite on the phone but when it comes to paperwork or getting a loan paid off you might have to call quite often to make sure it is all correct. Personally, I have considered cancelling my insurance because of the lack of correct information. Maybe this is a random chance but I have had a terrible experience. I like information and all the information they continued to give me was all different. I am very displeased with the outcome with this company.

Geico is expensive. They do not have any regard if you been their customer for years. They want to squeeze every penny out of you. After years of being with them, i finally switch to Liberty Mutuals and saved $20/month on my premium. I think instead of spending big money ton TV commericals, they should learn how to treat their existing customers with fairness and respect. I would not recommend Geico to anyone.

the worst company ever, they have no ethics no respect and no loyalty to customers, they tell you everything you want to hear but when it comes to money, their true color comes out, monsters, you should never go with this thugs. I would rather get my Driver License suspended over buying their scam insurance.

Was recently in a car accident and geicos driver was at fault.... i just put about 9 thousand of dollars in customization on my car and they are refusing to reimburse me for what their driver took away from me. My car is a total loss!!! Tyvm geico
