Have policies with them and every need something employees can not explain they are rude and end up cutting the call me happened with two of them at first not remember his name but the other is called Arturo Asta afraid to call da xq waste your time and your money

i HAD MY MC INSURANCE LAST YEAR AND THE AGENT NAME IS PAUL EHLIMAN. HE HAD SOME ISSUES LAST YEAR WITH ME AS WELL,. HE DID NOT TELL ME MANY THINGS AND THEN I PAID WHATEVER WAS TOLD. THIS YEAR HE CALLS ME AND DEMANDS A DOWN PAYMENT FOR RENEWAL BUT MEANWHILE I CALLED THE ACTUAL POLICY COMPANY AND CONFIRMS THAT NO DOWN PAYMENT IS NEEDED. BUT STILL HE WITH A BAD TONE DEMANDS FOR DOWN PAYMENT AND TELLS ME THAT I AM BOUND TOP PAY HIM AND HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER DONE MY POLICY AND HANGS UP . ALL THIS CONVERSATION WOULD HAVE BEEN RECORDED DATE : 12/7/2016 AT 10:21 CALL . --

I was quoted a plan with an initial cost up front with monthly payments of $10 per month, within 3 weeks there was a charge on my bank statement of $64 dollars that I was never made aware of. I called the company and asked why this was not charged to my initial payment and why I was not notified. after wasting time on the phone I realized this is just how they sale you the policy.... find somewhere else

Horrible. I was told one thing and they did another. I was charged a non-refundable 220$ to start a 6 month policy and expect to pay 25$ a month for a non-owners policy. It is my own stupidity for not calling for quotes. Do not, and I say, DO NOT even consider calling these scam artists.

I dealt with the most helpful person there, ask for Kay West, i have multiple things on my DL records and i was all day calling for the best deals around town and she beat Progressive, State Farm, All state, and two other companies. GOOD JOB.
