Anyone who is applying to have a work permit and insurance through a request for "political asylum" by this lawyer does not know the great mistake being committed, at this moment has one of claims this lawyer because he is making many people is not correct! After using them for 2 years and them telling us my husband could not be deported and after paying alot of money we get blind sided and my husband gets put on an order of supervision. After talking with another lawyer I found out that they lied about 80% of what they were doing. Do not use them if your have problems with immigration. They can not help you. Everytime I called no one called back and everytime we went to the office we spoke with a different person. They have no communication with each other and they lied to us throughout the entire process. We wasted our time and money using them..

My wife and I went there yesterday 04/10/15 to speak with someone about networking with this firm for helping those who receive citizenship to help them with getting Health coverage through the ACA, the staff was very pleasant, however we waited for over an hour for a Mr. Rodriguez to even acknowledge us and when he finally called us to his office he seemed unconcerned about networking with us and bluntly said they have someone already for this purpose, We were ok with that,but felt very affended by his personality, so Mr. Rodriguez should learn something about MANNERS.

Prior to signing the contract it is not explained that as a client you will be directed to many different depts and people during the process of the case. when a particular employee is asked a direct question apparently they have no idea about the case. There is no organization in the office. You are assigned different lawyers in each court than they have no idea what the previous lawyer did.. Please be very aware, notate who you spoke with and what they told you date it. Please. This law firm, is unprofessional.

The lawyers keep waiving my brothers case, I gave them the payment all at once. They were very nice when I had to sign the contract and after that, it bothers if I call to check on the case, I believe they have a caller id, because when I dialed private they picked up. I am not a customer to complain, but it is very frustrating to pay someone to handle your case and all they do is delayed it and not even take less then 5 minutes of their day to give you an update on the case. Very disappointed.
