My husband and I are extremely pleased and impressed by the workmanship completed on our home by Southern New Hampshire Quality Roofing & General Contracting LLC of Derry, New Hampshire. Owner, Stephen DeFrancesco, spent time listening to our needs: replacing our roof and siding. He walked our property with us checking inside (attic) and outside and then returned within a week. Stephen brought products for us to consider, even suggesting an alternative siding which we went with, along with quotes for the job. Everything was explained to us in advance. He took the time to answer our questions so we felt confident in going with his company over other contractors we had spoken to in the area. The crews that worked on our roof and siding were exceptional. They worked professionally and diligently, always considering our needs. They worked through all kinds of weather (cold temperatures and snow covered ground). During the project Stephen came by and called to check the work and ask for our input. We can’t believe the transformation that has been made to our home. It’s better than we could have imagined. We would definitely recommend Southern New Hampshire Quality Roofing & General Contracting LLC for homeowners looking for quality work, trustworthy professionals with exceptional skills.

I Sat down with the owner Stephen DeFrancesco and worked out a plan and price, he gave me a few products to look through. A few weeks later after a little research I sat down again with Stephen and finalized a re-roofing contract. Within a few weeks I got a call from Stephen asking if he could have a crew start on my house the following Monday. The materials showed up the Saturday before and the dumpster that morning. The crew removed my existing roofing and systematically laid down my new roof in about 11 hours(almost 4000 square ft). The crew did a very good job and cleaned up the sight completely. The next day my wife noticed some shadowing on my garage roof. I notified Stephen and he showed up with the roofing Rep. the next day. It was described to me as a bad batch or different batch of shingles. The following Saturday they stripped and re-roofed the garage. All work done was completed as described in the contract and the sight was kept clean at days end. I would rate the work at 4-1/2 stars but did not have that choice. I did have to have them come back for minor touch-ups.

We just had a very large roof reshingled and the crew completed the job in one day! We were very impressed with the professional crew and with the owner, Stephen Defrancesco, himself. We also added a side job of a new set of stairs in our garden. The results of both the roof and the stairs are fantastic!
