BEWARE, this "insurance" company is the absolute bottom of the barrel when it comes to "coverage". We have had 2 claims in 10 years with this company both were legitimate claims that these people did not cover. The M.O. for this company is to have the adjusters write up the report to benefit them, we had a roof leak and we took video of it raining in our home and this company had the nerve to say it was due to "wind forced rain" which to this day I have no idea what that means. I then went on the roof and located the leak at the ridge vent where there was a small hole, I had a roofer come out and repair it and he has never heard of "wind forced rain" either. I am sure this is not only my experience with this company, and if you are able to find any other company to get insurance through that would absolutely be my suggestion. Run away as fast as possible.

STILL WAITING....Adjuster came out Sept 30th! Supposedly the report was supposed to be back in 2 weeks. Called end of October and they did not understand why it was not completed so they emailed the adjuster and said I would hear something by the end of the week. Called Nov 6th......still no idea so the adjuster will be emailed again! So basically do not hold your breath on making a claim because it will NEVER be taken care of!

As per Bob under the reviews. Trying to report a claim after Irma ,and the 7 days a week 24 hour hotline stays busy no matter what time you call . No one is answering the phones.

the adjuster came but the letter from the insurance company did not show the damage that the adjustor recorded. No one answers the phone. I have a mess here
