Daniel Stark Law was recommended to me by a friend who is a respected attorney. I had the good fortune of having as my litigation attorney Chris Carver and his amazing team, in particular Kelsie Hundl and Wesley Cagle. Having never been involved in a personal injury lawsuit, I appreciated their providing me at the outset with an overview of the process along with an anticipated time line. Their communication skills were outstanding. They kept me in the loop, clearly explaining what was happening in a timely manner at each step, as well as what to expect next (and when). Not only was the frequency and clarity of communication outstanding, but each had such a warm and respectful way about them. I felt like I was talking to friends. The best thing you can do when you get into an auto accident is hire Daniel Stark. I had so many things to take care of in the aftermath of the accident (including moving into a new house) with the added hassle of trying to do it all with a broken arm, and the last thing I needed was to try to figure out if the insurance company was going to be able to cover all of my medical costs, especially since they were adding up FAST. Everyone I have met at Daniel Stark is professional, friendly, and makes me feel like they really care about me. Since my accident, all I have had to worry about is taking care of my arm and my case manager has taken care of the rest, keeping me updated with the status of my case and checking in with me to see how my treatment has been going. I would 100% recommend them to anyone, unless you want to go through the misery of dealing with the insurance company yourself!

I had definite reservations about hiring a lawyer for the car accident I was in. I did not know what to expect, and admittedly, I had a few images of the stereotypical personal injury lawyer in my mind. I am happy to say that the Daniel Stark Law Firm completely obliterated all that. It is a classy and professional firm without being expensive or nickel-and-diming its clients. Michael Loh handled my case and handled it very well! He is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He always made time to speak and meet with me, and explain the details of the case.
