God bless this buro of associados Ronzio had a very difficult rather impossible case ke truth I creei ke could not be resolved but God put in my way Jeny Herrera I picked up my papers in 2000 for trafficking illegal checked and another more crime last all these years without any lawyer could Aser k nothing in 2015 I run my surprise Ronzio & associates in early November 2015 I get a welcome letter to EU. We want to give a big THANKS to ronzio and associates! but a speacial thanks to Jenny Herrera. We would like to share our experience. I file for my husband since 2013 with the worst people in the San Fernando valley ( Santa Rosa immigration) please do not go there. After a long wait we decided to move with Ronzio and Asso. We started last year in July 2015 and the process was so quick. Jenny has been there to answer every question we had she is one of the most humble and nice person we have a meet. Jenny was not only taking care of our case but she became someone special to our family. The dedication they put in your case is extradionary. We receive our waiver in December stating he was approved and on February we received the interview to the consulate in office in Juarez me and my husband left a Monday morning , Thursday was the interview and on Saturday he got his visa. As soon as we receive that email we went to the DHL office and after to el puente en Zaragoza ! That same day we were back to California ! Thank you ronzio and Jenny for keeping our family together we have been blessed and we will be forever appreciated . Trust them they are the best for any immigration services... My wife and I had a great experience working with Jenny and Mr. Ronzio. My wife just got her Permanent Residency. Jenny was very helpful throughout the entire process. She was very helpful and answered all our question along the way. My wife entered the country without inspection, and we were looking at a long process of applying for hardship waivers and having my wife exit the country. However, due to my past military service, my wife was eligible for the Parole in Place program, which allowed her to remain in the U.S. throughout the entire process. This office is a JOKE. Do not believe these reviews. Most of these have to be paid reviews. I was trapped by reading great reviews and believing they would help us. Every time I call to ask about our status they say someone will call back. NO ONE ever does. Finally spoke with an attorney today and he was so rude. He got upset because I asked him if I can get part of our money back because I plan on going to another lawyer. He had an attitude and asked why, because you guys do not answer questions or return phone calls. Do your self a favor and take you money somewhere else. BTW there are files everywhere, including the floor.
