When I was forced to retire, at 64 yrs old after 30 years, it was scary. I didn’t know what to do or where to turn. Sleepless nights were the worse. My mind was swirling, hour after hour, about what I should do. Then I got a large envelope about the company I had worked for was going to AON Health Exchange for their retirees. That just made it worse. I couldn’t understand what it was or what I was to do with it. Then I looked up this AON Health Exchange and found a video done by Christopher Westfall from Senior Savings Network. He explained in plain English about AON. After watching all his videos I decided this Senior Savings Network is what I needed. I called and talked with Hannah Garner. It was a long conversation (mostly because of my questions) but I learned a lot. I picked my supplement from the choices that Hannah gave me and it is one that I can afford since I am now living only on Social Security and with an insurance company that is stable and gets great reviews. The process was so easy and I could feel the rock that had been on my shoulders for months slowly lifting away. Hannah listened to all my questions, gave me clear answers and didn’t push me into anything. Her guidance was a blessing! The process is done now and for the first time in months, I slept through the whole night last night. The chaos in my mind is gone and I feel like I can move on now. I can give all my attention to my grand-daughters with nothing looming over me. If you find yourself in a situation involving what to do about your Medicare or supplement insurance, then Senior Savings Network is for you. I cannot think of enough words to THANK Hannah, for her patience and help, and Christopher Westfall, for creating the Senior Savings Network. Do not hesitate to call them. Kimberley is a credit to the company! This also speaks to the level of commitment that the management and owner has towards customers. My initial call was from South Africa...I was under pressure re timing and long distance. Kim was reassuring me. indicating that all was well and that I would be able to deal with things upon my return I feel happy about the company they have chosen and I have been supported every step of the way. After much research on my own, I knew which Medigap supplement plan I wanted to purchase. In my home state there are at least 15 health insurance companies offering Medigap supplement plans with vast differences in monthly premiums charged. What I couldn’t find is how these insurance companies are rated. No help from local insurance agencies because they only deal with an insurer or two. I tried Saving Senior Network for assistant and found them to be: professional, easy to work with, answered all questions and knowledgeable in all the Medgap insurers and their ratings in my home state. I am pleased with their process and the ease of comparing carriers at the best possible rates and services for me.
