I had to set a claim and all was done for me, the rental, body shhop appointment and everything. but hands down , never go to Rons Automotive and if you have Brian E. as your adjuster, make sure you or someone with you knows there stuff well. Brian from Geico and Mark from Rons, were saying that damage to my car wasnt from the accident. i had before and after pictures with time stamps and even supervisor thewas awful, couldnt get ahold of him and even when i did he disagreed with the pictures. wtf?? so i paid to take my car somewhere else and it was reversed without question and all got fixed for free. thanks Geico. Brian and Mark either are horrible at their job they do everyday, or they were working together (gieco and the shop) to save a quick buck screwing over a younger guy. luckily i know my stuff. i hope i never have the displeasure to see either Brian and his supervisor, or anyone at Rons Automotive ever again. i had my rental car for a total of 3 and a half weeks which they threatened to take away but only because they were argueing with me about the damage. towing to a different shop, filing a insurance commissioning complaint, and many phone calls later, it all got fixed. awful experience

No ticket just because I report damaged to my car you jack up my policy they rip me off under estimated my car value saying is TL when non of my airbags deployed. My adjusters total joke have to keep calling never return call,even drive to his office.

Disappointed in geico because they raised rates due to other peoples and commercial business policies. Been a valued customer since the beginning.. No tickets or violations 10 mins cannot save you money.
