Everyone is right, these guys are horrible. *******PLEASE NOTE******* However, just in case anyone is reading this, and they are currently with PayChex and simply need to speak to someone that knows what they are talking about, I recommend calling after hours as their "after hours support" is much more qualified and knowledgeable then my "specialist". Even as I type right now, the phone prompt told me it was going to connect me with my specialist, or I could press "1" to speak with someone else. Just Press 1. Cheers and good luck, you will need it!

Way overpriced for what they do. Customer service is horrible, takes too long on hold to get through to a "Payroll Specialist" (they are definitely "special"). After you terminate them, they continue to charge you for reports and other supposed reports that are inaccurate. Gave them two stars instead of one because I did have some payroll specialists that I liked. High turnover of specialists. Had a new one about every 6 months.

I experienced very aggressive sales by this company, but then had nothing but problems when it came to implementing what we had agreed upon. After a single pay period, I had to terminate our service. I was promised a refund for the start up fees, and never received it.

0-Stars. Do not use paychex, please do not use them. Wrong check dates multiple times, day late deliveries, running double payrolls in one week!! If you want to keep your sanity go somewhere else.
