I contacted this office 2014 and they sent a young man to my house to take pictures of my injuries get my personal information, accident information, and sign a contract. Each time I contacted the office to get conformation on documents sent weekly, "they said they received the documents", If I called to leave a message and the receptionist answered I would be transferred to someone different each week, and the person receiving the message had no acknowledgment of messages I had sent, and sometimes the person I had been contacting about my case, did not work there any longer. It was a mess. Each time I ask to talk to Dorothy she was never available. . . When my case was dropped a year later, with no reason, they sent a portion of my documents to me, there were missing pictures, Dr. appointments, "but yet they got all my documents that were sent". When I called to ask about missing documents they were unable to locate them," again when I ask to talk to Dorothy she was not available". I would not recommend this firm due to the unprofessional handling of my case. I was left to find another Attorney. Kathy C.

I find it that Dottie and her staff really do care about their clients issues, and they are always available for any questions that might arise. They are never annoyed or bothered by their callers, or the complexities associated with the call. They are very supportive and they ensure their clients feel at ease going through such a difficult time. Dottie and her staff are nothing short of amazing in the results they produce. This lady here is a BIG FAT CROOK times a million......never met her.....she sent black woman to my house to take statement and claim and wanted to charge me $500 to get my car fixed.....as soon as that lady left I called my old lawyer back after I tried numerous of times to contact lawyer Anjel Avant......no answer no call back. I visit Anjel and b4 I did that I went back to Hydes(crook) office and this crooked plastic surgeon face on commercial with a letter like they told me to do and asked for my release....2 years later this man looking woman has a lean on my case because she sent someone to my house and file a claim for me this later wants 40% of 1300 dollars of mine......she is a crook and I recommend she be locked up by lawyer police.....my name is Latorrion...... My family had similar negative experiences with this firm that all of the other negative reviews report. They did hardly any work on the case and looked for the easiest way to settle it instead of digging into the case to get the most money out of it that was available. When she worked on our case, she took the side of the insurance company and became an enemy to us instead of a trusted advisor working in our best interests. She did not show the maturity we expected from a professional law firm. When I had to get my car fixed from the car accident that happened that caused me to have to make an insurance claim in the first place, she referred me to a car shop that she works with that was unethical and further damaged my car. And to this day, even though we fired her as our attorney, we STILL get those ridiculous mailer postcards from her!

I contacted this attorney after a year long wait from my previous attorney. seemed like she could get things moving, yet here I am still waiting. I was told not too long ago a agreement was made and we was just waiting for papers to sign. Today when I called, I was told we are waiting to hear from my old medical insurance. Do not understand what they are waiting for, I gave them everything I had. They need to get moving and settle this now!!!
