Baldeep Khosa, with Fidelity Direct Mortgage is a very professional and knowledgeable Loan Officer to work with and actually close my transactions with. FDM has a very well managed processing, underwriting and closing process for their clients. Baldeep always kept my clients and I well informed of the current loan status at all times. He presented excellent customer service, and always went above and beyond for the client. He is extremely knowledgeable about a variety of loan products and able to identify which mortgage product is best suited for the buyers based on their requirements and unique situation. He is highly Accountable at his end and represented all his efforts with high standards. Upfront, honest and very responsive no matter what time of the day. FDM is truly lucky to have Baldeep on board as a loan officer, he is a key asset for any lender. A true professional all the way.

Deep Khosa has by far been the best loan officer I have ever had. He simply gets it! He knows how to work with clients and not overwhelm them, he breaks down the process and explains things very well and ensures that he continues to help the client, as he did us, and take us to the finish line!! Deep, your experience and knowledge of the mortgage/lending world really showed and helped us meet our real estate goals. As you know we were messed around with other lenders and a lot of time was wasted, but things changed and for the best, when we met you and you became our loan officer. I can tell you this for sure and stand by it that you are our loan officer for life, everything you and FDM did to ensure we met our goals and helping us making this happen. I had a very poor experience with my closing date. I had to have additional extensions, more finances requested at the settlement table. Very unorganized. Would not recommend at all!!!!!
