Horrible bank!!!!! Do not use them!!!! Beware!!!!! poor customer service cant get any supervisor on the phone because apparently they all went to lunch together. Never get back with you when they say they will.. My husband is a disabled veteran and police officer and we are going to refinance immediately to get away from them!!!!! They are making our tax payments 2 months in advance then sending me an escrow shortage bill????? Are you serious???? All they have to do is pay them when they are due!!!!! I did everything they asked even called city hall on 3 way to prove to them that the tax service they use "loretta" doesnt even pay them until they are due and they still say they cant change when they send "loretta" MY money from my ecrow!!!!!! I will be contacting veteran services on them and hopefully they can no longer do veteran loans!!!!

Had a loan with 360 and did a refi last month and 360 had already bought the new loan before we closed. They are currently holding escrows for the paid off loan and the new loan and say it could take 30 days to refund the escrow from first loan. This seems a bit excessive since they are already holding a second escrow account for the same property. If the loans were between different lenders I could understand, but this just seems like a way for them to hold onto the funds longer than necessary. Overall terrible customer service, it takes 360 way longer than the advertised 3 days to respond to customer emails, closer to about 7 days, and you get different answers to the same question depending on who you speak with if you call. We are shopping for a different lender.

Horrible company, they bought my loan and it has been trouble after trouble. The on-line system rarely works when I want to pay my mortgage, they screwed up my escrow and I almost lost my insurance over it, and they never answer the phone. However, if I am a day late they constantly will call me and try to get through demanding payment. Excuse after excuse as to why the above things happen, no solutions to anything, only finger pointing.

I really wish i could put no stars this bank is terrible. They bought our loan and now we are stuck with them. We have had nothing but problems from over escrowing to under escrowing to having to call a million times to get anything straightend out. Very frusting haveing to work with this incompetent mortgage company.

They do not allow you to make bi-monthly payments. You can only make one full payment if you want it to count towards a actual payment. You can make two half payments but it will not count as a payment. Looking for new mortgage company.

I have had three different mortgage companies and this one is by far the worst in customer service as well as giving a full discloser when it is requested. I feel like I am not listened to when I speak with them.

STAY AWAY! Refinanced 2015. Insurer dropped us for non-payment by escrow (360 Mortgage) Home went uninsured for non-payment for over 60 days, Very unhappy with this company.
