If i could do less than a star I would. To start this off Rocco called me and asked for a debt collection from Connolly towing. After realizing i do owe part of it i called to pay the debt. Rocco had told me earlier as long as i keep in touch i can pay my debt and he will remove it from my credit report. OF COURSE after i got everything settled and called him back this is not the case. It is on my report and will be for 7 years. His supervisor was very rude and yelled at me before i raised my voice. They are very unprofessional and to be honest I am afraid to give these people my credit card to pay my debt. I hope the higher ups read this and call me because i do want to pay my debt. I just cannot trust a word that comes out of there mouths.

One of my credit reports had some incorrect negative credit items that weren’t mine and had listed Alpine Credit as the credit agency. I called Tom and he was very thorough in verifying that the debts were not mine and then giving me advice on how to approach Experian to have those corrected. Where Tom really went above and beyond was when my mortgage underwriter required a letter stating that these were in fact not my debts. Even though it wasn’t his problem to deal with, Tom was very prompt in helping me through this and we were able to close on our house on time. I hope I don’t need debt collection services in the future but would recommend Tom and Alpine to anybody who does!

I called Tom to try to get this resolved as they filed a summons with the court. After trying to explain things to Tom and ask if perhaps he could work with me and drop the interest charges and let me take care of the original amounts, he told me to go to court and he hung up on me. What a horrible man, very immature and rude and should not be allowed to work with people. But I guess this is the type to hire when you need an ape to collect money from the poor.

A past due medical bill was submitted to Alpine Credit. However, the medical facility provided a previous address and phone number and I was never made aware of the outstanding bill. Alpine Credit assisted me in correcting the error. Karen and Cheryl were wonderful. They were professional, credible, and went above and beyond in providing customer service.

Dishonest.... Fraud seeking crooks.... Never pay off any account with these jackasses.. They will ruin your credit no matter what... Complain to all credit bureaus about them. Contact the BBB and issue a complaint... Beware!!!!!!!!
