I have been at the Layton Branch for years. Since they changed management about a year ago Customer Service has been non existent. They now never answer there phones. I actually go out of my way now to avoid that branch. Really Sad as their customer service is why I ended up depositing my money with them now I am seeking a relationship with another institution. That Branch has lost its compass.

Applied for a HELOC loan and was helped by a longtime friend Hilda Heath from the Layton Branch. Hilda is a true professional she kept us up to date with the process and made it a pleasant experience. I have been using the Layton Brand since they opened and have had the pleasure of making friends with many of the employees. Highly recommended.

The employees in general are good. The tellers are friendly and helpful. But the loan officers are not my favorite people. On two different encounters I was very disappointed with their customer service. They talked to me as if I was stupid and like I had no clue what I was talking about.

I called this branch at 5:44. I know that is a busy time to get a hold of them. They were super friendly and asked if they could put me on hold while they quickly looked up the information I asked for. They close at 6. I hung up at 6:10 after being on hold for 25 minutes.

Hollie at this branch did not help me at all to get a loan for a car. They are supposed to be able to assist customers for more business not deny customers for loans. She was not experienced and has no right to be a personal banker. Probally not even graduated in Finance.

Some of the most horrible customer service ever at the one in layton!!! Went there three times and left pissed every time! Live right by this mountain america but would rather drive miles to go to a different one then ever go here again!!!!!!

The branch is a good. the people have gone out of their way for me but the phone system is the worst piece of garbage and the wait time is outrageous. i asked for a call back and never got one. very irritated
