Tellers are always friendly. They waaay understaffed so waiting times are long and its just frustrating. I remember i booked some flights to Germany this year i called the bank because it was a bigger purchase and it didnt went thru so then i called customer service and again didnt went thru...it was frustrating so i went to the bank and they also called them and finally it went thru after 3 times trying. Still wondering what the reason for it was since i called and let them know :/

i got a letter stating if you dont have 5000.00 or more in combined or one account, this bank will charge you 25.00 a month maint fee. maint fee??? what is that? they dont explain what that is, and add that times 12 months.... alot of people cannot afford 25.00 a month that this bank pockets. your money, this bank is actually forcing you to give them.....kinda like stealing from you.

I am a long time user of this bank and have two fairly large checking accounts. In the last few years telephonic service is almost nonexistant. Their "local" number is answered elsewhere in the country, if you are lucking to get a human to talk to. I will be looking for another bank or credit union.

Got the LOOP phone recordings for OVER TWENTY FIVE MINUTES!!!!!!! I live almost 30 miles from Sierra Vista, the closest BofA to me since they closed the one in Bisbee. I guess I need to take my banking somewhere else as this is the LOUSIEST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Like the previous poster...I just wanted to ask a question and got an endless loop of questions in an automated system. It hung up on me twice and never offered me a choice to speak with anyone or a choice that was relevant to what I needed. Very frustrating!

Wait times are very long, but the tellers are nice and polite. The financial assistants are kind as well. If you just need to pull cash, definitely use the ATM around the back of the building.

Everytime I go deposit at this bank the line is about 10 people and two tellers.....not good customer service
