The absolute worst bank . Inadequately trained bankers who either are not allowed or trained to make decisions for themselves . Bankers who can not see a situation and make educated decisions based on information that is obvious to anyone else . I have a great percentage on my loan . Worst bank.

Not sure about their customer service but this is America and we do have more freedom than any other country in the world and our freedoms do not include the right to discriminate against someone who is not from a "golden1 preferred race".
