Adapting to change is always challenging, especially with daily activities. Such as registering and insuring a vehicle. My parents and I had to register and insure two vehicles from NY to PA, where we recently decided to reside. Our experience at Shirley Katz was a great one. The staff at US209 Brodheadsville and I would like to acknowledge them at this time, Tihera, Bridgette, & Nicole have been outstanding. Truly welcoming and warm hearted, they made a few out of towners feel right at home. They were so helpful and patient with us. They helped explain the process thoroughly and stood extra time to help us get our vehicles insured and registered. They also kindly suggested the local amenities that Brodheadsville and East Stroudsburg has to offer. We felt so welcomed and blessed to have walked into that office and meet these lovely young ladies. Definitely would recommend their services to others that may read this post.

My experience at shirley katz was amazing, they turned my stressful day into a breeze. Since I moved from NY I was unsure how things worked out here in PA. After calling around trying to find a reasonable quote and getting stressed out because I had alot of questions about registrations and insurance and no one to ask, I decided to go to shirley katz. All my questions were answered politley, and exsplained to me in detail so I xpuld understand. Had a very positive experience there this afternoon when I realized the car dealership I leased my vehicle from had never taken care of the registration.
