Let me begin by stating that I never write letters of endorsements for insurance companies because I am “Mr. Anti-Insurance” since we moved to Florida three years ago and endured the rate shock for all types of coverage in that state. With that being said, after moving all of our insurance over to East & Greenwell Insurance in Estero, Florida, I have changed my attitude. We were forced to file a claim with Allstate Auto Insurance after hitting a deer near the airport in southwest Florida five days before we were scheduled to move to Tennessee. Since we had already notified Jeff East to schedule cancellation of our auto insurance after our move to Tennessee was completed, I reluctantly called Jeff to explain our situation. He assured me that things would be taken care of and even suggested the repairs should be made in Tennessee after the move to make it more convenient for us. Skeptically, I agreed to the arrangements and we made the move to Tennessee as scheduled. Once we had settled into our new home I contacted an auto body shop near our new home and began the process of getting our car repaired. I was amazed with the entire experience provided by Allstate Insurance! We were provided with an estimate in Florida to open the claim and given assurance that the car was safe to drive to Tennessee. Service King Collision Repair Center in Tennessee then adjusted the claim to our satisfaction once the hood could be opened safely. We were provided with a rental car, which picked us up at the repair shop. We were notified when our car was finished, which was on the date promised during the estimate. Throughout the entire process we were treated with respect and empathy by Allstate and guaranteed satisfaction. Today our car looks like brand new and we highly recommend Allstate Insurance, East and Greenwell Insurance, and Service King Collision Repair Center! I only hope that someday Jeff East and Kevin Greenwell open an office in the Nashville, TN area. We will be their first customer! Marc D. Nashville, Tennessee

I am a real estate agent with Re/Max Distinction, where knowledge of our jobs and customer service is everything! I have been field testing insurance agencies to send my referrals to. What I had troubles finding is a place that communicates with each other and knows their business, and also, is aware of discounts that are available to customers that meet certain criteria. As a bonus, I was looking for a place, (once I provided the address well ahead of time and the HOA management company phone number), that the insurance agent would be ready for my clients with what the HOA does and does not insure; I found that agency!!! Customer Service A++. This Allstate agency went as far as informing me that they had another office closer to my customers new home which could service their policy! The feed back from my customer after contacting their office to set up a policy was just as positive as mine, "they were completely prepared for us and had already verified coverage needs with our HOA!" Thanks Kevin for knowing what amazing customer service is!

East & Greenwell was recommended by a friend after I informed him I was not happy with the customer service provided by my former insurance agent. After being with East and Greenwell for over one year I can honestly say that I never received such great service from any previous ins company. I started with golf cart ins and later gave them my car and home ins. After receiving and paying for my golf car ins I had some questions regarding coverage. I called the agency and within the hour Mr. Greenwell contacted me and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the coverage. He made sure I completely understood the coverage before ending the conversation. When my East & Greenwell home ins came up for renewal, a representative of the company contacted me indicating that they reviewed my coverage and found a company that would provide more coverage at a lower cost. I truly believe that when it comes to customer service and providing the necessary coverage at a great price, no company beats East & Greenwell.

Not someone who was just asking me basic information and taking my credit card number. How many reasons do YOU need to use East & Greenwell Insurance? Well, how about 5,795 reasons? Yes, that may seem like a lot of reasons but it is really just one reason for me because Kevin has saved us $5,795 in less than one year on our various insurance policies which were spread with too many different agents. Kevin took the time to understand what I need and was able to consolidate all of my insurance under his roof and the savings speak for themselves. I now have better coverage and it is with an agent who has my best interests in mind. One reason to use East & Greenwell. Pretty simple because the numbers speak for themselves.

Kevin Greenwell is amazing. I know he is very busy, but I would never know it when I deal with him. He makes you feel like you are his only client :) If he cannot answer when you call, then he quickly returns calls and carefully takes your information in order to return quotes that ensure you are not getting any less than you have currently with your agent. And (at least for me) he was able to provide more extras with my boat insurance than I was currently getting, for less money! His honesty keeps you with him. If he cannot help, he will not hesitate to let you know that either. You cannot go wrong with East and Greenwell!

My husband and I joined AllState about a year ago. During this time, we have had a few minor things take place and each time, Kevin was extremely helpful. No matter what time it was, Kevin made sure to help us out, answer our questions, and put us at ease. We have never had this experience with any other insurance company. The East and Greenwell Agency has always been extremely helpful and I feel that they are truly concerned about me. (Upon request) they check back with me every 6 months with auto quotes to see if they can save me money and, even if they cannot find a better rate, have offered suggestions and tips so that I get the most out of my insurance. Recently, I called with a question regarding my homeowners insurance, and the agent (Arianne) offer to search for better rates, ultimately offering insurance with a better company at a lower price. These guys are awesome!
