I have just recently switched from state farm to Allstate because they had better rates. Six months later my rates doubled! They are very underhanded and do not tell you everything up front. When we bought a new truck they never sent us new cards. I know I can print them online but for the money I am paying I think they should send me some. I am not at all pleased with Ted Todd or Allstate. I will be switching soon. Terribly disappointed.

Terrible service. Call and you wait a long time or if you request call back none comes. Once maybe but 3 times, bad. Renewal cost went up over $300. from previous year. They were to try other insurers. Got back to me a week later to say that price was the best. Ended up with a policy for higher amount and $50. more than previous year. Get a few quotes before dealing with them.
