I was involved in an accident, the other driver was insured by GEICO, and I am insured by STATE FARM. The claims dept. contacted my wife to get a statement about the accident. My wife informed the GEICO representative that I was the driver, was out of town and relay the message. Afee my return I contacted the GEICO claims department, received a voicemail, left my name and cell number for contact. The next day the GEICO claims representative contacted my wife. My wife contacted me. I called the GEICO claims representative, only to answered by voicemail. Again left my contact information. Again, the GEICO representative contacted my wife. After my wife informed me the GEICO claims representative contacted her, I once again called the GEICO claims dept. only able to leave a voicemail. Now after 8 return calls to the GEICO claims dept. leaving my contact information, the claims dept. continues to contact my wife. I guess the aptitude to be employed by GEICO is not the minimal standards. I can attesting have not experienced this with my insurance carrier with State Farm. What a major difference in customer service!

My experience with Geico was pretty awesome (I think it’s pretty rare to say that about an insurance company -- I’m super impressed). I went to lunch and had my car parked in an Ace parking lot, when I came back there was a huge dent that started at the driver’s door all the way back to my tail light. My first reaction was shock. After calming down a bit I realized that the person who hit my car left their phone number and insurance information on my windshield – What a relief! Geico was very helpful with every step of the process. From the beginning of the process (making sure their client that hit my car was fully covered), to making sure I had a rental while my car was being worked on, and finally having my keys back in my hand. Hands down their customer service was superb; they were friendly, no shocking hidden costs... all blue skies! I’m not covered by Geico myself but after my experience with them… I just might switch!

Worst insurance company ever! I was recently in an accident and was denied coverage, even though I had full coverage. I was the only person in my car when the accident occurred and had over 3500 dollars worth of damage. I was well within my deductable and they said that they would not cover any costs. Nobody was hurt in the accident and they still had me pay for all the damage. What is the point of having full coverage over your vehicle Geico? I have been exploited by this insurance company. I hate geico! I hate geico! I hate geico! Bunch of lazy lizards, thanks for nothing.

The worst service I have ever experienced.... I was working with a gentleman by the name of Ryan Boyle ... he was extremely rude and had ZERO COMPASSION for helping someone after their car was stolen.... I wonder how a company can place someone this judgmental in a sensitive position. I WILL NEVER USE GEICO AGAIN...

I went in there yesterday and met with Karen . She was helpful . She did not try to talk me into anything extra . My online quote was less than what I ended up paying but this is normal since your online quote does not access your driving record . I was there less than 15 minutes and walked out with my new policy .

Service? I have NO idea. As a place to work (even for a day or two), it was phenomenal! I rolled in to do a corporate production gig, photos, blah-blah, and left wondering if I should leave my resume. Cool office environment, positive and upbeat staff that seem to really like their jobs!
